Region: La Coipa
Farm: El Guayaquil
Elevation: 1900 meters
Varietals: Typica, Caturra
Milling Process: Fully Washed
Cupping Notes: Black Currant, Apricot, Green Tea
Upon opening the bag you'll notice a delicate 'green tea' type smell. After brewing (we cupped in a single pour over with stainless filter) the aroma becomes more complex with black currant, apricot and the aforementioned green tea. This is a delicate cup that demands respect even when roasted dark.
