What forms of payments do you accept?

Our website accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Facebook Pay. Our website is very secure and encrypted. If you choose to order call in an order we will need a valid credit card.

How can I confirm my order?

When you place your order from Jimmy’s Java, you will receive a
confirmation email once you have placed your order. The email will
include verification of your items that you purchased, the cost, as well as the shipping address. It is extremely important to review this right away to ensure that your items and delivery address is correct. Any changes needed to be made should be sent to support@jimmysjava.com. We process orders very quickly so we cannot guarantee these changes can be made.

What is your return policy?

If your items are wrong or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours
of receiving your items to process a return. If you’re not 100%
satisfied with your coffee, we do offer a one-time satisfaction courtesy replacement! Email us at support@jimmysjava.com or call us at 239-799-7125.

How fast does Jimmy’s Java process orders?

We typically, roast and ship orders within 1 to 2 days Monday through Friday.

How can I track my order?

Once the courier scans your package and it begins transit, a tracking email will be sent you.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free economy shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $50
after discounts have been applied. We do not offer free international

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and Canada, as well as Internationally.

Discounts, Bundling and Rewards

How do I use a discount code?

If you receive a discount code, please enter it in at checkout in the
discount code field, and the click ”Apply”. You can only use one
discount code per order. You cannot stack discounts.

Can I use discounts and rewards together?

Unfortunately no. You can’t stack rewards and discounts together.

Can I use an expired discount code?

No, the codes are only good within the specified dates.

How does the bundling work?

The more you buy, the more you save.

Buy 2-3 bags and receive a 5% discount

Buy 4-5 bags and receive a 10% discount

Buy 6-9 bags and receive a 15% discount

Buy 10+ bags and receive a 20% discount


How fresh is your coffee?

We roast coffee daily and we post the roast date on the label of your coffee along with your name.

What is the best way to store my coffee?

Coffee is best stored in an airtight container at room temperature in a
cool, dry place. Do not expose your coffee to light or humidity as this
will compromise the freshness. If stored properly our bean coffee will
stay fresh for 60 days.

How is your coffee decaffeinated?

We only use water processed decaf coffee that has not been in contact with any harsh chemicals.

How is your coffee roasted?

We use a Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster (Air Roaster). The coffee beans dance
around like popcorn kernels in a popcorn popper and they never come in contact with a hot surface. Using this type of roaster ensures that you taste more of the flavor of the coffee opposed to the roast like some national brands.

What kind of roasts do you offer?

We offer both light to medium roast coffee and dark roast coffee.
