First, I love the Half Caff Blend. Perfect for late AM or early PM refresher. That’s the good. Now the BAD. In early November I received an order that was totally wrong. Ordered whole beams of Sanibel Sunrise, Matlacha Midnight and Costa Rican. Entire order came in GROUND. I could have accepted that except for the fact that every package was open and many of the grounds were in the shipping box. I ultimately received the comment,
“We will make this right!” NEVER HAPPENED. Love the Jimmy Java’s coffee and I am willing to pay the modest premium over the local Whole Foods Brands. I have placed 2 additional orders for Christmas gifts and will continue to support the brand. I DO BELIEVE, however, the original mistake of early November should be corrected.
I really enjoyed this blend. Smooth taste and doesn’t bother my stomach. I will be ordering again !!
Smoothest coffee I've ever had! So glad I could get it as decaf.
This is the smoothest coffee I've ever had and I've been drinking coffee for over 50 years. It's not bitter like a lot of darker roasts. I would order online more often if it was free shipping, as I am not in Florida all year where I can buy it from the market on 3rd or at Wynn's.
Smooth, excellent tasting
The aroma coming from the box is delightful and the coffee is so smooth and tastes wonderful. I'm so glad I found this coffee at the farmers market on Sanibel Island while visiting my sister. It does take awhile to get when ordering it, so plan ahead.
